Data collected
We may collect: last name, first name, email address, phone number, IP address, country, payment data, consultation history, messages exchanged and subscription-related information.
Due to the nature of the consultations, the messages exchanged may contain sensitive information freely shared by the user. This data is processed solely to provide the service and is not used for any other purpose.
Purposes
Data is used to provide the services, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and improve the platform.
Legal basis
Depending on the case, processing is based on the performance of the contract, legitimate interest, legal obligations and consent where required.
Recipients
Data may be disclosed to Stripe, to the platform’s technical service providers and to authorities where required by law.
International transfers
Data may be transferred outside Switzerland, the European Union or Canada. Such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards (in particular the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or any recognized equivalent mechanism).
Retention periods
- Consultation chat content: kept for 12 months, then automatically deleted.
- Account data: kept for as long as the account is active, then deleted after the account is closed, subject to statutory retention periods.
- Transaction and billing records: kept for 10 years, in accordance with Swiss accounting obligations (Art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations).
- Audio and video consultations: not recorded.
User rights
In accordance with the GDPR, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and other applicable legislation (including, where applicable, Canadian law), users have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent.
These rights may be exercised by email at info@divinative.com. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EU: the authority of their country of residence; in Canada: the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the competent provincial authority).

4. Subscription policy
Subscriptions are monthly, with no commitment, renew automatically and can be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period already paid for.
5. Group Calls policy
Group sessions are neither recorded nor available for replay, and are subject to the same confidentiality rules as individual consultations.
6. Intellectual property
All elements of the platform – software, trademarks, logos, designs and texts – remain the property of WPN 247 SA or of their respective owners.
